B.Soc.Sci (Hons) in Psychology

Emily completed her Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Psychology at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Following her degree, she worked in the social services sector, supporting children and families facing complex psychosocial challenges. Through her work, she developed skills in assessment, case management, multidisciplinary collaboration, and engaging individuals in sensitive and meaningful conversations. Working in dynamic environments strengthened her ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional while navigating complex situations.

Emily has a strong interest in child and adolescent mental health and hopes to work closely with children in the future. She believes in creating a safe, respectful, and collaborative space where young clients feel heard and supported. She intends to pursue further studies and advanced training in Psychology to strengthen her ability to support children and families.

Currently, Emily is building her clinical experience under supervision at ImPossible Psychological Services, where she continues to strengthen her assessment and therapeutic skills while working closely with clients.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys photography, inline skating, immersing herself in a good book, caring for her wellbeing through pilates and yoga, and travelling to discover new places and perspectives
